OUR PRICING PHILOSOPHY

Our pricing strikes a balance between providing a high level of service and offering affordable and fair fees for our landlords. As with any kind of service you seek, you can always find someone who charges less. But we’ve found that in order to be the “cheap guy in town”, we’d have to cut back on the very services that our landlord clients love and expect which have resulted in our 5-star review record. That’s not how we want to do business and 200+ current landlords agree!

  •    LEASING FEE (New Tenant)
    This is a one-time fee charged on each new tenant move in. It covers advertising costs plus time and effort to do showings, background screenings, lease preparation, move-in funds collection, move-in inspection before tenant takes possession and, for Full Service Property Management, the move-out inspection when the tenant eventually moves out.
