A maintenance emergency is defined as uncontrolled running water, no heat in extreme cold temperatures (i.e. at or near freezing), sewer line blockage affecting entire dwelling, or electrical sparking. We cannot send a repair company out after hours or on the weekends for appliance repair or non-emergency repairs.
