Integrity Realty & Management is a real estate brokerage specializing in residential Sales and Property Management in the Denver area. Our agents conduct themselves in a manner which can be exemplified by one word: Integrity.
As members of the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), we additionally are held to high ethical standards reinforced by a Code of Ethics and mandatory ethics training. We are also a veteran owned business and a member of the National Veteran Owned Business Association (NaVOBA).

I'm a tenant and Integrity Realty & Management has provided a great platform for me to rent. My landlord doesn't have to be involved, and Integrity responds quickly to any needs I bring up. Their online portal is easy to use for sharing documents, paying rent, and making maintenance requests. I have a contact that I go back to every time I need something, so it doesn't feel like I'm interacting with a faceless organization. Very pleasant experience overall.

My husband and I tried our hand at managing our property and quickly learned that we weren’t equipped to handle certain situations. We did some research and after pouring over many reviews and making a few phone calls, we decided to give Integrity Realty & Management, Inc a chance. We spoke with Ben over the phone and he was very pleasant. He listened intently to our current situation and reassured us that they could take over what we call a catastrophic situation and they did so seamlessly and hastily, without any hiccups. It was the best decision we have made regarding our property and we have no regrets! It’s good to know that such a company exists that is full of integrity, as the name says it all!.............A couple years in and another property deep, we are essentially stress free! We love this company and thoroughly trust them and love their attention to detail and how they handle matters quickly and professionally! We wouldn’t dare take our business elsewhere! Ben at Integrity Realty and Management helped us buy our first investment property in the Castle Rock area. He took time to make sure the home we bought was a desirable home for renters and did not rush the process. My experience with Ben at Integrity Realty was outstanding.I had a tenant for three years while I was living out of state. She was a great tenant and left the place looking as new as it was when she moved in. I needed help finding a new tenant and turned to Ben at Integrity Realty. My primary goal was to find a reliable tenant that would take care of the house. My new tenant has been renting for 5 months now, and has turned out to be as great as my last one. I was particularly pleased that Ben was easy to reach and gave me honest feedback on the applicants so that I was minimizing risk. He was also very considerate of my prior tenants time and needs as he was showing the property to potential tenants. I highly recommend Ben and will be back if/when I need to find another new tenant.

Ben has been great to work with. He has been consistently courteous and professional. The longest time for a response via email or text has been 48 hours.Integrity Realty and Management uses technology well to make things easier to accomplish. I was able to sign my lease, provide my deposit and pay my rent all online.the only information that would have been nice to have that was not provided is instructions on how to use some of the things in the condo. like the fireplace, or how to access the pool. However he has always been able to answer the questions that I've asked.

Ben and his team have been managing our townhome for several months and our experience has been outstanding thus far.My husband and I live out of state and have been relying on local friends and family to help manage our property over the last several years. When our last tenant moved out, he left the place in terrible condition and we were forced to invest close to $10k over three months to get the property back in shape. During that time, we of course did not have a tenant in place, and by the time the repairs were over, we were desperate to get some positive cash flow. We spent almost a month trying to find a tenant on our own before biting the bullet and deciding the hire a property manager.I spoke with Ben on the phone on a Friday afternoon, and he spent nearly 30 minutes talking with me and answering every question I had. After calling around to some other management companies, there was no doubt in my mind that Ben was who I wanted to work with. His rates were the lowest and his customer service was leaps and bounds above the rest. Within 24 hours of letting Ben know we wanted to sign with him, he had visited our property, given us his estimate of what we should list it for, and sent over all of the paperwork. The following Wednesday (only 5 days after my initial phone call), we had a signed lease agreement in hand from an ideal tenant with stellar credentials. Since then, we have had zero issues and Ben checks in regularly with updates and maintenance requests.I would highly recommend Ben and Integrity Realty & Management for anyone who is looking to hire a property manager. They have completely taken the stress out of being a landlord (and an out-of-state one at that), which to me is darn near priceless!
